The hotel is situated very handy from the highway - and after a day of travel it was bliss to arrive.
The restarabt cab be quite busy so it may be a good idea to reserve a table.

This place has a great and peaceful location, within walking distance to all the spots we wanted to visit, and we enjoyed grabbing shots at the Lord High Admiral just a short 10-15 minute walk away before heading to bed.

Friendly staff and excellent meal in the restaurant. Although we had a standard room it was very spacious and we were pleased to have a balcony.
We would have liked a little more choice of cooked food at breakfast time.

My family and I stayed at this hotel over the weekend of December 11, 2010. Although our room seemed a bit dated (the bathroom did look updated), the value for the money was decent. Our room was spacious enough for both my wife and I and our two year old; by European standards, the room was slighty larger than what is typical which was good because this allowed our son room to maneuver. We enjoyed the breakfast that was available in the morning...there were plenty of selections (bread, cold cuts, jellies/jams, yogurt, fruit, eggs, ect). I believe this hotel would be an excellent place to stay during the summer months. In fact, my wife and I talked about returning when the weather gets warmer.

Clean and spacious room, with a surprisingly large shared bathroom. Set in a peaceful natural surrounding that is perfect for relaxation. The standout experience was at the restaurant, where the waiter went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even prepared a special vegan menu for our friend. The kindness of the staff made our day, and the food was absolutely delicious.

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The room was spacious although you could hear alot of outside noise through the vent in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and are thinking of staying there again.

Very friendly staff, great hotel. The food in the hotel restaurant is really good too.
The decor in the rooms is a bit dated (bathrooms are very nice though)
